Math Narrative Project Field Webinars
Math is emotional. How can narrative change help students feel more positively about learning math?
The Math Narrative Project focused on how we can understand and leverage cultural narratives to change how students, teachers, and parents think and feel about learning math.
Join Us!
Please join us for one of the upcoming April webinars, where the researchers and key strategy partners will share research insights and messaging recommendations. Speakers will discuss how narrative interventions can help students persist when math gets hard and help adults in their lives, like teachers and parents, feel better equipped to provide the support that students need.
During the session, we will tour the project website, designed to support anyone who works with and for students, parents and teachers. Highlights include:
- Interactive messaging recommendations page with deconstructed messaging examples tested in the research (e.g. sample messaging videos, print messages)
- Detailed methodology page with research tools and instruments
- Easy-to-use checklists and teacher activities
We hope to see you there. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.
